PRESS RELEASE FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

CLEARNETWORX TO BRING HIGH-SPEED FIBER OPTIC INTERNET TO PALISADE, COLORADO:

PALISADE, March 29th, 2023: Clearnetworx, a Western Slope based leading provider of fiber internet services, today announced plans to bring its fiber optic network to Palisade, Colorado. Construction is set to begin in April 2023.

The project will cover the entire town, which will be split into four build zones. Those within town limits will have access to Clearnetworx’s high-speed internet. The fiber optic network will provide residents and businesses with access to fast and reliable internet, enabling them to work, learn, and connect more efficiently and opens doors within the community for economic growth.

“Our team is thrilled to partner with the Town of Palisade to bring our gigabit fiber internet to this community,” said Doug Seacat, owner of Clearnetworx and Deeply Digital. “As a local, Western Slope internet service provider, we look forward to providing the best internet and customer service possible and forming a solid relationship with the Town and its residents.”

Clearnetworx is installing a 100% FTTH (Fiber to the Home) network, with XGS-PON technology that allows for scalability in speeds up to 10 Gigabit per second across its planned footprint. Monthly plans will start at $49.95 per month and do not include any hidden fees or promotional rates for their customers. The speeds offered over the fiber network will range from 300 Mbps (Megabits per second) to 1 Gbps (Gigabit per second). Clearnetworx Western Slope operations and 100% local support staff will ensure the project will roll out with a community mindset and focus on impact for the Town.

As part of this effort, Deeply Digital, Clearnetworx sister company, is partnering with the Town to construct new middle mile fiber connectivity. This project will bring new diversity and redundancy in internet connectivity for the Town’s current and new providers. The effort utilizes both Town investment as well as State funds dedicated to improving broadband within rural areas of Colorado.

Residents can expect to see excavation and fiber crews working as early as April on both the middle mile and FTTH efforts. With connectivity available as soon as July, interested community members can learn more, follow along with construction, and sign up on Clearnetworx website: Clearnetworx.com. Residents and businesses can also watch out for door hangers and other notification methods signifying the start of construction in their area. The teams of both Clearnetworx and Deeply Digital look forward to our partnership with the community on improving the broadband landscape within the region.
