About Us
What is the relationship between Clearnetworx and Ting?
Clearnetworx has acquired a portion of the Ting network, including service in Colorado’s Montezuma and La Plata County, and New Mexico’s San Juan County. That means your internet service in these areas may now be powered by Clearnetworx!
Who is Clearnetworx?
We’re a locally owned fiber internet company based in Montrose, CO. We specialize in providing fast, reliable internet to our friends and neighbors and doing it with a local team that truly cares.
Your Service
Will my service be interrupted during this transition?
Nope! Your internet should continue working seamlessly. You’ll simply start receiving communications and billing from Clearnetworx.
Do I need new equipment?
To get you set up with the best possible service, we may need to upgrade your internet and phone equipment. If your service requires an update, you’ll hear from our scheduling team soon to coordinate a time that works for you.
Will my internet speed or plan change?
Our goal is to keep you on a plan that’s similar to your current speed and price. If we make any changes, we’ll do our best to make them the good kind (think: faster speeds, lower bills) and will reach out directly to let you know.
What about my current phone service with Ting?
It’s coming with you! Your phone service will also transfer to Clearnetworx with no action needed on your end. You’ll keep the same number and the same service you’re used to. If we need to upgrade any of your phone equipment, our scheduling team will reach out directly.
What about my Ting email address?
Good news – your email address is staying with Ting. That means no updates and no disruptions.
Who do I contact if I have technical issues with my internet service?
Feel free to reach out to us anytime! During this period of transition, our visibility into your service and equipment may be limited, but we’ll happily connect you with the appropriate resources to get you the help you need.

Account and Billing
Will my monthly cost change?
We’re so happy to have you as a customer, and we want to ensure you’re happy with us, too! That means no bad surprises. Any changes to your plan will be aligned with our current service offerings in your neighborhood, which may result in a speed increase for the same price, or even a lower monthly rate. We’ll be in touch soon with an individual update about your first Clearnetworx bill.
When should I expect my first bill from Clearnetworx?
Your first bill from Clearnetworx will be generated on October 1, 2025, with payment due by October 10, 2025. Please continue to pay Ting for any services prior to that date.
What should I expect on my first Clearnetworx bill?
Starting October 1, 2025, you will be billed on the 1st of every month. You’ll receive a bill in your email inbox, due by the 10th of the month. If you were previously billed on a different date, your first bill may include a prorated amount to account for this change. For any questions, you can always contact our Billing Department at billing@clearnetworx.com.
How do I access my new Clearnetworx customer account portal?
Your new customer portal is waiting for you right here! Once your account has been fully transitioned, you will receive an automated email invitation to set it up. Simply follow the link in that email to get started.
What payment options are available for my Clearnetworx bill?
You have a few different payment options with us. You can:
- Set up autopay in the customer portal (We recommend this option!)
- Call us with credit card info
- Mail a check to PO Box 1809, Montrose, Co 81402
How can I set up autopay?
Log in to your customer portal and enter your bank information – it’s simple to set up and one less thing to remember each month!
