Want to save $20/month on your internet bill? To qualify for our Community Impact Discount, please provide proof of eligibility using documents from one of the following programs:
National School Lunch Program
Medical Benefit Card or Approved Letter
SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program)
EBT Card or Approved Letter
TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families)
EBT Card or Approved Letter
Medicaid
Medicaid ID Card or Medicaid ID Number

How do I know if I qualify?
Want to qualify for the Community Impact Discount? There are several ways to do so. Simply complete the application and submit proof of eligibility for any of these programs: National School Lunch Program, SNAP, TANF, Medicaid, ACP, Veteran’s Benefits.
How do I apply?
Please download the application, attach proof of eligibility, and email it to office@clearnetworx.com with the subject line “Attn: Billing.” Or, you can drop it off directly at our Montrose office located at 301 N Cascade Ave, Montrose, CO 81401.
How often is eligibility verified?
Clearnetworx reserves the right to conduct eligibility audits and request proof of eligibility on an annual basis. Should you no longer be eligible, the Community Impact Discount will be removed for your account with 30-days advanced notice.
